The clearer the offer text, the more useful the analysis.
Include compensation, benefits, probation, leave, bonus terms, work model, and company details in one text so the system can separate strengths, risks, and negotiation priorities more accurately.
Filling the Form
- Enter the position title. Example: Senior Product Manager.
- Target salary is optional; enter it in TRY, USD, or EUR if you have a target.
- Paste the offer letter as completely as possible. A few words will produce a limited analysis.
- Use the risks, missing fields, and questions as written follow-up points for the employer.
Useful Details to Include
- Gross/net salary and currency
- Probation period and termination terms
- Annual leave days
- Remote, hybrid, or office work model
- Health insurance coverage
- Bonus, premium, or equity terms
- Meal, transport, equipment, and other benefits

How to Read the Result
- Even if the Transparency Score is high, confirm missing fields in writing before accepting.
- Risk items are not final decisions; treat them as points to clarify with the employer.
- Edit the negotiation email to match your tone and real expectations before sending it.
